When will I receive my order?

Q. Are the items sent together?

A. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified the combined shipment. Keep this in mind when you receive deliveries. The bracelets and other garments are usually sent together, but the designer shirts are sent by another company, therefore, even if they are part of the same order as the bracelets, etc., they will arrive separately.

A. Our policy lasts 21 days for retail items. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
